Why I don’t do gut coaching without stool analysis

Sound intestinal health advice is based on concrete data. Without a precise stool analysis, it is impossible to reliably identify imbalances or individual needs. Only on the basis of objective findings can targeted, effective coaching be developed that supports long-term health and optimal performance.

There is so much advice, tips, and tricks online that you should apparently use for intestinal problems. Even doctors sometimes prescribe intestinal treatments without stool analysis—usually with little success.

Our stool reveals a lot about our health. And it is important to me that we really start where YOU really need it right now, instead of just experimenting blindly.
