My philosophy
Performance, health, and well-being go hand in hand—for anyone who wants to understand their body.
I am convinced that you don’t have to fight your body. You can learn to work with it—in everyday life, in sports, and at every stage of life.
Every person is unique, whether male or female.
Hormones, daily life, metabolism, mental energy – all of these factors affect each person individually. That’s why I work with a personalized approach that combines scientific knowledge, years of experience, and body intelligence.
I don’t work with rigid plans, but with smart strategies that adapt to your life.
Whether you are pursuing ambitious goals or simply want to regain balance, I will provide you with an approach that supports your body instead of overwhelming it.

For women, I also offer a protected area on topics such as hormonal balance, menstrual cycles, PMS, perimenopause, and similar issues.
But that’s not all: I accompany people on all levels—integratively, physically, mentally, and sustainably.
Yoga, regeneration, nutrition, sauna, hormone balance—none of these are luxuries, but rather part of a functioning system.
My Story
From professional athlete to coach—because I wanted to know what really works.
I know what it’s like when your body doesn’t do what your mind wants it to do.
That’s why I had to end my first professional athletic career as a ski racer.
I help people—both women and men—to develop their physical and mental performance in a self-determined and sustainable way.
Away from constant stress, fatigue, hormone fluctuations, or energy slumps. Toward a body that functions in harmony with what you really need.
No matter what stage of life you are in:
